Yes, but I don't think that the 5c cash dividend is an important driver anyhow. A CA contract could be.

It's possible that the 5c cash dividend will be announced on Nov 14 together with earnings. In which case it will provide support on the ex-date one day later and serve its purpose. We could even have a situation where the share price will go up on Nov 15 if we still trade at these ridiculous price levels below $1.
