"not much of a gambler": Funny, and I agree, UOIP looks to be less and less of a gamble all the time as we move forward...lol
However, we've all probably kinda-sorta made guesses at a settlement/buyout figure. I'm thinking what the pps needs to be to provide Mr Carter w/ different/likely amts of $$$, amts for which he'd possibly be willing to settle.
If he has 900,000,000 shares, $1.11 per share provides him w/ approx a billion dollars ($999,000,000), w/o factoring in legal fees. $0.55 provides him w/ $500,000,000. So, I'm thinking somewhere in between. And if I had to, I'd guess that at some point if he's offered five hundred million dollars to just please for god's sake go away, he just might take it.
Splitting the difference, I'll take the $0.83 square in the pool.
