SEEMS many hope for an ACQUISITION of some sort here as obviously current business operations isn't worthy of being a pubco entity standalone.


However WHY would any successful company merge into a pubco that cant get funding, 500+ million of issued common shares, 7 convertible notes due, etc etc … after Johns failed attempt to a R/S this pubco just seems like a slow spiral death as nothing to jump start...fluff tweets are not working.


60K gross revenues past 3 months? 50K previous Q ending....EVEN with tweets stating new booked revenues for Q4 just seems so little to try to operate and develop a real company... John has been 7 years at this and probably regrets going public imo, he'd be better off being private....should rescind this deal and find something else for this pubco if possible.
