They don't need a judge to sentence Moran, We got a judge, jury, an audience and the press right here. Not to mention witnesses for the prosecution and victims in the audience. What more do we need? Yank him out of the courthouse and get the executioner ready to use the noose. The only problem is, that while we think we have all the facts, in REALITY, we do not have ALL The FACTS.
Have we heard from Moran? Other then a plea? I am not so sure we have heard his side of what has happened. And while there are things that are on record, there has been theories presented as facts. One theory that has been presented, regarding the company Dewmar International. Certain figures on this board have confidently told members here that Dewm. is going bankrupt, that it will be shut down by the Sec. Excuse me? What is that I see floating down the river? Is it a barge full of crap? That's funny I thought it was a mirage.
