I doubt this will happen. The only time this will take place is if the FDA passes the 100 days by their count without a decision, and this is very highly unlikely to happen.

This happened during the first approval process because the whole process was new to the FDA. As far as this approval, there is nothing new other than the statistical interpretation of the back pain clinical trial. No more no less. Their questions for more information will have to be related to that and they already asked them and Biel replied.

It has/must/should be approved anytime between now and November 2nd.
