Answers for questions in order asked:

1)I don’t think he is a bad CEO. I think he is a good one. I always appreciated his work ethic, it’s outstanding. Also, he didn’t slowly stop talking to me... I sold my shares and didn’t email him anymore because there was no need to email him anymore. I was referring to one of the last convos I had with him over the phone... he stated he was planning on making himself less accessible to people. I brought that up because I told you to email him and Natalya, but I wanted to mention that maybe he doesn’t respond directly to shareholders anymore since the last time I talked with him. That’s all I was saying.

2) I know nothing about scores but I’m sure it bodes well for BICX... who knows. PRs can say whatever they want, and to say a PR isn’t BS, I will ask you, show me one PR that isn’t a little BS. There is a lot of word play and thinking behind every company that ever has put out a PR.

3)Well I called the company who was supposedly going to give us I think like a 10million dollar loan, and the main line number was answered by some lady in NYC that was clearly not a receptionist, she was taking care of a toddler in the background. I talked with her and she took my number and a guy from Florida then called me back. Frankly, there is a lot more to the story but I will sum it up... it escalated into lawyers getting involved because the Northbridge partner said one thing, then BICX said another thing, when all along there was a guy in Chicago who was making this deal but was a junior partner of some sort. Lol seriously I was scratching my head thinking, what they hell is going on... I’m just a cop from Pittsburgh and I’m in the middle of cross country drama I potentially caused by doing DD. Made me very uncomfortable at the time with my trust.

So listen, I can’t explain all the convos and all the emails I had, that turned me sour, but I just did. I have a gut feeling that I use as a Police Officer... lots of times I’m wrong, lots of times I’m right. Just followed my gut on this one.

Bottom line is don’t fall in love with a company... if I do get back in I will try to swing it. Not going long at all.
