Just because you’re input might not be what I want to hear doesn’t make it invalid. Part of doing research is examining different opinions. I think everything you said is very valid. I have been an investor for almost 1.5 years myself.
A few questions about what you said...
1) Having seen what type of other CEOs are in charge of other OTC market stocks, I must say I really do find Granier to be trustworthy. I can absolutely be 100% duped by him but I do believe he is trying his best to move the company in the right direction vs squeeze it for personal gain.
However, I am wondering if maybe he just isn’t a good CEO. He was a nurse by profession. Now he is a CEO, is it possible he may just be over his head and that can be mistaken for being sneaky? In regards to your emailing with him slowly dissipating to no communication...I wonder if is nervous that giving away more information than he legally should over private correspondence could lead to “insider information” and thus insider trading. Again he doesn’t necessarily have the education/experience of being a CEO of a publicly traded company. Something to consider. Alternatively him lacking such experience may be a negative for the company regardless of if I view him as not being malicious in intent.
2) You said you were concerned they didn’t get the grant. Was the PR release about the score they received from the NIH total BS in your opinion? If it was completely valid score then they fall in a very good range to get the grant according to the NIH website explaining scoring.
In regards to their releasing info on the grant, it has seemed to me that Brady has been very forthright about not releasing information too early. I do like that he wants to be careful NOT to release information that could be semi-true and thus leads to “pumping.”
3) What specifically did you discuss with Northridge that made you uncomfortable? The whole Northridge thing does make me feel uneasy. Just curious what you are referring to in particular, I have no doubt your assessment is correct.
