And of course this is always laughable.

As of 12/31/17, the company had no need for physical facilities and operates using a postal mailbox.

As is this.

C. The company’s SIC code is listed as 3640 — Electrical lighting and wiring equipment.

And yet, OTCM lists this mailbox as

a company specializing in sports and entertainment production and distribution.

And it still appears as if Steve-o is running this scam all by himself - no sign of Riche Rich anywhere.
