In answer to your questions I do believe that the BCSC is being sued in Canada through the Ministry of Finance of BC which overseas the BCSC. More importantly is the fact that the BCSC has hired the most expensive law firm in Chile to get them out of their mess and having to appear in court in Chile. It seems that they failed and the BCSC will be in Chile by or before Xmas. This will coincide with the Nov 30 BCSC deadline against MSX and if they will proceed or face more jail time in Chile. I dont get why you are all about Christobal and how is death transpired. Really don't see your point as in no matter what he is dead and the report is really not an issue. It is interesting to me with all of the info from Chile you are still yelling con, thief and liar. Please review Barrick finally got the injunction lifted or maybe JL allowed it to be lifted for the truth to come out. Fact once it was lifted Barrick sold all of their equipment and have made a hastened exit from Chile. So it seems that might have won but definitely lost and will never mine Pascua in Chile.So it would seem that the ROL numbers have more power than you give them credit for. It would seem that JL has more happening in Chile than you believe or want to believe. Once the BCSC staff are in front of the judge in Chile their testimony will be enlightening.......
