I "THINK" this means that if you own 34 Shares of Aurora - you will get 1 Warrant to buy 1 share of Australis at $.25.

I'm an American. So I won't receive any warrants. Instead, I THINK this means that if I own 34 shares of Aurora, the brokers will sell my 1 share of Australis and they will eventually send me a dividend of $1.95 ($2.20 selling price - $.25 warrant strike price).

So if you are a Non-Canadian: You will receive $1.95 for every 34 shares of Aurora you own as of the Strike Date.

But I am saying: I "THINK" because I am not 100% sure how this works.

But the good news is: This is "found money" or "bonus money" because I was not expecting this spin-off when I investing in Aurora.

But I'll certainly take all the $$$$ they give me - and I'll be happy whatever it is.
