it seems to me if ITC case goes in amarin favor, this is true. if not, all of the lower "competitors" will still be buying EPA in other forms (like the current fish oil mixes", and that will keep them in business.

it we win ITC ruling, then i think what you said applies to supply chain, and amarin sets price almost more than suppliers (as long as suppliers can make reasonable margins)
