Thanks for the link to the Bill Harris interview; very sharp guy. Does a great job of debunking the meta-analyses which cast doubt on 0-3 effects. I like that he was methodical and not hyperbolic in going over the flaws; just laid out the facts, and acknowledged when legitimate disagreements over interpretations could be had.

Also was interesting to hear of his work in developing (and then marketing) 0-3 bloodwork tests as a marker for health risks. Looked it up; it's still in business. Think I may order a test out of curiosity; only $40. If anyone else is interested, the link is below. The site also shows O-3 levels around the world. As expected, the US in very low--except Alaska. Not too surprising, but wondering about data for heart health in AK...
