Wells and leases generally are named after the mineral owner(s) but oil sales are always recorded and tracked by operator.

Each operator in the State of LA has an operator number under which they sell the oil they produce from their leases.

If Dragon doesn't appear on Sonris it's may be because they are selling their oil under another name under some agreement with the operating entity.
