I wouldn’t place much (any?) reliance on it, but in all the NT 10-Qs, UDFI always answers question 3 (are results expected to be significantly different than previous year?) with a “no”.

I’ve seen other companies answer yes to that question.

Maybe the basis for another lawsuit if they announce a drastic decrease in BV. ;)
