Nothing should be preventing UDF from sharing net asset value in UDF IV. They could just say the numbers are unaudited.

Most earnings releases companies provide are not audited. Same with 10Q's, they are published numbers that have not been audited.

My point is that if there are no disputes between the auditor and management on the value of the loans, they should be able to let us know the value of the portfolio.

We are coming up on 4 months since the settlement.
