LOL! I won't even waste my time going over that point by point. You expect this company to report like GE or something. Did anyone say CarMax, AutoNation etc was off? How exactly is their not calling you on your phone and updating you mean that it isn't happening? What do you mean by "where is any of that"?

And who can't get it straight whether they've completed the merger or are doing DD? The company PRd that the merger was complete and waiting for the paperwork to clear. Who said anything about still doing DD? Ah, that's right, the infamous "callers" LOL!!!!

You just can't seem to get past this "caller" thing. Get over it. The second you start believing in personal conversations relayed on message boards is the day you may as well start flushing your money down the toilet.

You seem to have zero knack for this kind of stuff. Go take some valium and invest in GE.
