Dave and Busters, GameStop any of those companies would never just start opening BGCs. It’s not nearly as simple as that.

If they truly wanted to get in to the business they would acquire Snakes and Latte before trying do it themselves. Remember the stores are the end game of a full supply chain. THAT is what creates $ and is the value proposition.

It’s not ‘We got $ so let’s just start this business’ DnBs stock would tank if they suddenly said they going to spend millions and millions in a new business venture where they have no expertise. Starting such a venture would be seen as extremely risky and expensive.
