One other observation...

Universal just came out with a PR indicating that it is building toward a NASDAQ listing that is amazingly similar to a PR Newgioco put out for the same purpose. Universal seems to be searching for Directors and so forth at the same time we are. Universal seems to be mostly into the utilities but with the AI component there may very well be ways for the two companies to work together. These are just my observations and may be way off base.
