Agreed, they will need a full board and accounting team to move to the Nasdaq, etc... but right now they are able to keep dilution to a minimum, during these lower price levels, when its most important. The cost of increasing overhead too much at these early stages can be harmful. It wont be as bad when the price is much higher.
