Chinese gov't is bending what rules? Tesla didn't buy that land, they leased it on the condition that Tesla spend $2Billion (which they don't have) to build a factory. It was a pump to goose the stock price and it failed.

Did you see the latest news a few hours ago that a "new" mid-range M3 is now available for $45k? What they've done is software-limit their massive inventory of unsold M3's to lower their range hoping to sell them. Demand is gone.

I have no doubt Tesla will survive as a company. After they file Ch 11 and wipe out common stockholders and their unsustainable debt.
