Actually, no. MaxD lost its cases against Google. MaxD sued in Delaware, and voluntarily dismissed its case. MaxD sued in Germany, and withdrew its case as the court was about to rule against it. MaxD sued in California, and lost, and appealed, and lost. MaxD has no outstanding cases against Google, except the appeal it launched on the judgment Google obtained against it. That appeal looks like it will be heard in the spring of 2019.
