I've been a holder since 2016 too, but patience is wearing thin. Bottom line is, nobody can provide any evidence that this company still exists. Last communication from them was back on June 22nd with the 10-Q filing. All this time we've been waiting for the next filing, the 10-K, but it's been 4 months now. With no assets, no cash, no office address, no more hive, and shares maxed out, how can they raise cash for future filings and business endeavors? I'm starting to think the only hope here is a reverse merger of some kind. But who would want this shell that has 4 million of debt on the books? With a billion shares outstanding, you'd think there would be a few heavy hitters here that own tens of millions of shares and are looking for a return on their investment.

Another thing that confuses me. If this is in fact dead, then why is the price holding firm at $.0026, with a $2.6 million market cap? If this were dead, I'd expect the market cap to be a million or less.
