If CEO a felon, why a marijuana play?

I think this is still a good gamble at the current PPS. Pot is going mainstream......just watch for a good entry point....

If DEWM's CEO Marco Moran (and controlling shareholder) has pleaded guilty to a felony fraud charge and is likely to be sentenced to jail time, and if nearly all of DEWM's assets were obtained via that fraud, and so will likely have to be returned to the U.S. government, why is this a good gamble?
