If Amarin locks down $1B worth of revenue to me the best operating profit they'll get is $5-600M. -ham



So far, even if you completely deduct R&D, they managed what comes out to a $10mm loss from some $200mm in revenue. Even the best pharmas can’t do much more than 25% net profit. SG&A plus COGS will take the lions share. And with aggressive advertising, I’ll be surprised if they have even $100mm in net profits after selling $1B.
