Buyouts are as much about free cash flow as they are about potential. While Amarin has plenty of potential, it's revenues and profits are far too small to be bought out at that range that soon.

There’s a gross misunderstanding of sales ramping up. R-I is a paradigm shift that will happen quickly. The risk/benefit and now proof (once disputes are thwarted) will lead to a rapid change in standard of practice. Time to max US growth is going to be limited by supply not demand.

Cash flow will be apparent Q1 2019.
