U r correct...I put out the Bat signal warning to investors back in Jan. that pntv is severely cash strapped (ceo was begging for investors to purchase restricted shares) thus indication Comcast provided little or no cash from settlement. It wasn't Comcast that requested non disclosure of settlement it was pntv's ceo for the same reasons not wanting to disclose 2nd Q 10Q. ceo has always had investors chasing the dangling carrot ....now that he no longer has a carrot to dangle investors have exposed his true colors. Cuff him Danno.
