I read the headlines, not all posts

When I'm in "catch-up" mode, I read the headlines, looking for important information. If the headline says something interesting, I'll read the actual post. I read the headlines going back to the morning of Oct 11, to see if anyone on the BIEL board had noted the OS increase.

A post with the headline, "Day Traders and Short Term Investor Selling as usual in penny stocks" tells me nothing about the monthly updates of the OS by BIEL's TA or the actual number of shares outstanding, and so created no interest in me to click through to read it.

So yes, I did miss your post, which didn't mention the actual new OS as of 10/11/18 at all.
