It should come as no surprise that the stock has fallen since, and shortly after the merger was announced... J. Bray, in his comments about the R/S said, in his own words that the stock would suffer a selloff due to some corporate things.. How did he know the stock would falloff, if he was not complicit in letting some entity short the stock before the R/S was announced?.. the short position rose dramatically before, and in conjunction with the R/S...Since Bray is not eager to defend this stock, I can only speculate that he let it happen, and will only give guidance AFTER THE SHORT POSITIONS CLOSE AND THOSE THAT SHORTED GO LONG AGAIN...notice that the stock price has touched the 50 Day weekly Moving average today...will it hold at this level, or go down to new lows...? should the price bounce back ups from here would be an indication that the shorts have covered, and gone long again...absent that, it will be a long financial winter for this stock...on another note... NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, GET INVOLVED WITH THE COURTS SYSTEM...it takes an eternity for money to work its way through the system...President Abraham Lincoln said it best.. "avoid litigation at all costs"...I got a notice that I was to receive a settlement from a class action lawsuit against Citigroup about 6 months ago.. the suit was settled in favor of the plaintiffs, and here I am still waiting for my check...I am going out on a limb and say that any settlement from WMILT will go well into next year...If there is any hope for quick money here, it will be, hopefully from Coop, although, I am now getting more and more anxious that it will be a long time to get any money, as the 10 year Bull in the stock market is faltering, and we may go into another "financial winter", as before... Just my thoughts, nothing else... Lodas
