Nope, just waiting things out.

I found it interesting that mPhase is still planning on operating it's nanotech business as a subdivision of Scepter. That makes the deal a bit more interesting. By interesting, I mean it will be better for us, and worse.

I am not particularly happy that the officers and a board member just paid themselves in shares that doubled the OS. That seems a tad bit extreme for a company that is in dire straights before the merger because of two officers' past acts.

On a more positive note, the taking shares by the officers is one more sign that the merger is about to take place. It is their golden parachute.
