There cannot be a 'gag order'. However, if legal counsel sits a President of a tiny company down and faces him, or her, saying, "If you want to picc off bureaucrats working in the unfortunate quagmire of a federal regulatory agency, who have zero chance of fast-tracking your matter, no matter how polite and respectful or insulting and demeaning you are, then why would you say or do anything but remain totally respectful, smiling and silent? Particularly, if piccing them off might add a month or 6 or a year or two to the process?"

What would any smart and wise President or shareholder do, other than remain patient, even though grimacing through the agony and clenched teeth, when no one is watching?

Some folks have north of $500 invested, some north of $500K. Some scream loud and long, some remain dignified and positive and the amount of their investment has little effect on how they behave. . . .

I am incredulous that BIEL is not trading at 3 cents, but I prefer the latter style, even though markets usually reflect upside potential way ahead of significant events.
