So Mark at PNTV is saying the 10q cant be filed because the financial paperwork is a mess from the Salinas operation and blames it on previous owner.

GBI is saying PNTV can not pay for the farm because PNTV 2nd and 3rd quarter financials have not been filed.

What a freaking mess and I personally believe GBI, Mark only tells half truths or lies 90% of the time. Looks like there is a decent chance that the Salinas Farm may be up for sale again to a new purchaser once PNTV defaults in November...
