As a long with a large position and who sees the ultimate potential here, I am very frustrated with the lack of professionalism around financial reporting. I understand that the audit took much longer than anticipated and there were some communication issues. Ok, lession learned for Roger. But to miss the 10k extension deadline is just unprofessional. I do not care that they were auditing 2017. It is not like they were not booking 2018 transactions until the 2017 audit was done. This deadline was known for months. The numbers for 2018 were there to audit. How do you miss the deadline when the goal is to uplist and gain a higher class of investor? Stating a target date of ASAP does not instill confidence in professional investors. WTF?? Set a god damned target date for the financials AND MEET IT. If the current auditors are unable or unwilling to meet deadlines, then fire them and get a firm that can.
