A market maker part of the what many refer to as the three sisters CFGN CDEL CSTI as they work together on many stocks holding them down covering for one another.

Wheh you see one on the bid 10,000 and the other two first up on the ask or all three they are usually trying to hold it down to let one catch up or accumulate.
