Plex, you're right in looking for any shred of proof. Outside of the standard MM small trade screwing around, there is no "cabal"
The people who have the ability to collude in manipulating prices would not fool with a tiny unknown biotech who's management is basically incompetent. Not enough volume in the stock to make real money and absolutely no recognition on the part of the big players on the street.

Misslings' failure to get anything done on time has kept both shorts and longs away for quite some time. When or if the CEO is replaced, the substantial players might possibly take a look. Until then, it's the unkept promises and lack of transparency that keeps meaningful investors away.
