Pegs1.. Isn't CRTG testing the CHS in cooperation with a few others? If that be the case, nothing has been held up! If illegal, CRTG could be in for a big lawsuit? I am sure NDSU is fully aware of what CRTG is doing, and has their OK to move forward with what they are doing? But your statement makes me wonder?

I kind of find it hard to believe that CRTG had halted all testing for one good reason...the credibility factor! No Co' would want to work with CRTG if we are having patent issues?

Would CRTG continue on without express written consent from NDSU to carry-on the program already in place? I really doubt it, for a HALT would signal a collapse of the Company IMO? The next PR, if there ever is another PR, will tell us a lot, if not by words alone, but at least by the intimation of the post?
