1) Clearance? - possible and I read your reasoning in an earlier post
2) False - maybe you are playing with words. Yes, the participants are formally announced but we won't know if we won until 2019. Winning is the only thing that matters not news that they are accepted in Nov.
3) We really have no idea but it's possible
4) False - even AW said next year

I agree with your optimism but my opinion is the expectations on these opportunities need to be pulled down to Earth.
