SQTX CEO, Roger May, says shareholder updates for a name change are are due today 10/16/2018.
Solar Quartz will be name changing to Graphene and Solar Tech - GSTX, is using Graphene and silicone in their applications for Solar and Semiconductor. https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?masterFileId=20101351412&fileId=20181731526

Those that participated in the reverse merger and takeover from Vangard will be interested to know that there is communication from Solar Quartz now to apply for, or as it is - reapply for the bonus shares that were owed.
I got a letter in the mail, with a form to mail or email back to them.
