CRTG.. Then you and I should be somewhere else, as this relationship is doomed without some kind of agreement? I think the discussions CRTG had with NSDU broke the original agreement down into Parts, where one part, the CHS, was held in place, and the others dismantled altogether?
It would be Company suicide if CRTG went on without some kind of FIRM understanding or basic agreement for security reasons alone! Maybe the CHS product stands alone in a mutual understanding? I feel almost certain that CRTG has legal grounds to pursue the CHS commercial development! If CRTG is moving under the presumption of guilt on the part of NDSU, and has no legal grounds, and which facts are being held from us, then Lawsuits are open, least to say heavy sanctions from the SEC or FINRA, whichever body has that responsibility? Since CRTG knows their responsibilities, I think they would be wise enough to disclose any such differences in Legalities between the two sides? To me, CRTG has a legal right to go on as it has, but I don't know for sure? Just my summation of what I think goes on between entities and Business partners?
Then, NDSU would get something out of some basic deal with us which has gone this far already? Why dissolve the whole relationship when promising events loom on the horizon for the CHS product, and contracts (Maybe Bogus,) are in the offing! Both parties would gain from a continued effort, which probably was outlined in great detail to NDSU, and which satisfied their hesitation and Business demands, but I don't know for sure? It is just a commercial process that is in place, and going on strongly, which seems to be the name of the game as of now?
I just don't know enough about the relationship, as my call got nowhere when I called as I was referred to another person, and I never got to call for various reasons! I am looking at this from a Third person perspective, and contradictory facts may prove me wrong, but I hold true to my reasoning as of now? GLTA
