Best I can surmise is it is the company way of ¨robbing Peter(shareholders) to pay Paul(management)¨.

I suspect we´ll see similar filings from others in management b4 we see btd, p results, deal announcement(s), etc.

It´s my understanding that they converted a large swath of the office to a commercial kitchen and will offer a course entitled ¨Exquisite Cook Booking¨(for only a couple grand), for which successful participants will be given a ¨certificate of completion¨.
