Transactions at the bid are usually someone getting out. When they happen at the ask then it is usually buying. Taking out the bids usually moves a stock further down. So my guess the dumb money is someone getting out but too late. But then it is only $70.00 worth of stock.

The important thing is not to stop questioning. Question everything (Albert Einstein), because Fools rush in where wise men never go!
