I am in recovery from a few activities and full wknd of work.

My wife and I did a 5 mile hike with a good amount of elevation gain in the Marin Headlands on Friday and it left me with some sore leg muscles. I think mostly from the uniqueness of the activity. I bike too much and don't hike enough.

Thanks for sharing and interestingly I saw John Murphy's update and I too thought interesting that he made the E-Wave comment.
Pokersam is adamant that we have finished the climb from the 2009 lows and will now correct that move. He may be right.

Checkout Pretzel's post today, he is far more cautious from the E-Wave point of view.

I am paying attention and I will spend time with your charts either tomorrow or Wednesday. I really appreciate all that you make available.
