~~~~ One can say what they want but this was a well coordinated attack on Zion. It is documented very well. Once Panda got the doc submitted the lawyers came out in groves, 15 now to be exact and they pounded investment blogs almost everyday, taking turns it seems so that any news an investor sees is bad. It worked, and all this time the price drops. Of course Zion did not have good enough news to even stem the tide any. Why? Well I think for one that the parties knew Zion would not fight back and they were right. Zion did not, even though I wish they would.

These lawsuits are frivolous and I hope they have to pay Zions legal bills in the end.

What is interesting is that things looked very bleak indeed and then once again Zion raises enough to continue.

Do you want to know how I know it was coordinated? I am sure you do and the SEC now knows it as well now.

The SEC has asserted no accusation of wrongdoing nor have they expressed any negative opinion of any person within Zion. Zion continues to fully cooperate with and work with the SEC in the provision of requested information.

Following Zion's disclosure of the SEC investigation, Zion became aware of a number of law firms who allege they are investigating Zion's compliance with federal securities laws and are soliciting clients. To our knowledge, only one lawsuit has been actually filed in federal district court, but to date, Zion has not been served with formal notice of litigation. We believe these claims are frivolous and without merit, and we will wage a vigorous defense.

Ambulance Chasers??

It seems we had 8 of them and in one day after the 10Q, what happens? Two of the same firms come out again! Double Ambulance Chasers!

However notice that this time they announced filing not investigation. What is up with that? What do they have that they gathered in a week? Expect more of this soon.

According to the lawsuit, defendants during the Class Period made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Zion was either already or was likely to soon become the subject of an SEC investigation; and (2) as a result, Zion’s public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
