I don't see why you are so excited to tell me how to think. I can agree that we are ahead of most bankruptcies, but I don't think that (in and of itself) is enough to be considered FAIR. This bankruptcy was only entered into to keep FDIC from taking the entire company. FDIC Tried. THJMW Prevented. Congress has since changed the law so FDIC CAN in the future.
If you are so unconcerned with the possible return of value to escrow, perhaps you should give your escrow shares away to a charity.
In post 542049 you lectured the poster of 542038 for being unhappy about it taking so long. You basically said - too bad.
In Message 542054 I gave a rebuttal to that statement. I feel strongly about it. Here is a piece of information that you didn't know and probably won't care (your post 542049 indicates such).
My wife of 30 years died not 2 months ago. She will never partake in the benefits of this investment. Frankly, my enjoyment of those benefits will be tempered by the fact that all of the things we were planning to do, I will now get to do alone. If this could have been wrapped up in a REASONABLE 3 years, she and I could have done them before she got so sick.
Furthermore, I am HORRIBLY OFFENDED BY YOUR DISREGARD for those who are aging and dying while this is being litigated.
