I don't understand. We were told Friday's addition of 300,000,000 more shares was GREAT NEWS because it means that the company will absolutely be successful in the clinical animal testing. So, why is the stock going down?

And why hasn't any major BP come to help fund if the NERF2 receptor is the hot thing in biotech?

Can someone who is ASTUTE please explain this to me as I just am not ASTUTE enough to understand this complex bio stuff?
