It’s not a new company. Paul Moody is still ceo it’s just a reorganization, most likely to help remove old liabilities.

It’s spelled out on their website that this is still Paul Moody’s company. https://www.ussecorporation.com/

Still tons of upside it specifically states he plans to make this a sec reporting company.
