The NASDAQ has a Directional Change due on Tuesday,

The NASDAQ peaked in August, the S&P500 in September, and then the Dow the week of October 1st.

When we look at the NASDAQ and S&P, the key days are Wednesday 17th, yet they both still show the 15th as a target as well. The NASDAQ has a Directional Change due on Tuesday, so this also tends to suggest that the 15th is a leading indicator for this week ahead.
