Les, we agree!

Andrey, has proven to be utterly ineffective, inexperienced and extremely flawed as a CEO of a public company. If this company has a chance in heck it would have to start over — starting at the top with a management shake up, otherwise it’ll just be more of the same.

Unfortunately, since they’re no longer reporting to SEC they can pretty much operate in secrecy without the need for proper disclosure to shareholders (as in divest from their only source of income) and even fudge their financial reports by reporting minimum or flawed numbers since they’re no longer bound by strict SEC auditing/reporting guidelines or oversight.

I don’t think investors totally grasped the consequences to shareholders when OMHE first filed their Form-15 to delist from SEC. I foreshadowed their move a couple of days before they filed that form on this board, and that’s exactly what happened, but folks are still looking for SEC disclosure — there will be no 10-k, 10-q, 8-k or any other SEC forms filed here!

This is why they can get away with just about anything with next to no regulatory recourse for shareholders. They pay an annual fee to OTCM, and publish a fill-in-the-blank financial report, and can put anything they want in a PR, or not provide any updates at all — point is there’s NO oversight!

Frankly these companies shouldn’t even be allowed to trade publicly since they’re riddled with fraud, but that’s a debate for another day.

OMHE could be a good trade at some point, but far from a good investment at this point.

I'm not disagreeing with you Cash. I was simply pointing out that there's a grain of truth to Rat's comments. I don't think Walgreens bought the brick and mortar pharmacy business, just the specialty pharmacy and/or prescriptions. Either way, it appears that Malecon Pharmacy no longer exists.

I'm willing to agree that Andrey is a terrible CEO from an investor standpoint, however, there's insufficient evidence at this point to claim that he's doing anything criminal. It's more likely he's trying to execute his previously announced business plan. Whether or not he succeeds and how long it takes is an entirely different question which is open to debate. Unfortunately, all our claims are nothing but speculation at this point because Andrey releases little to no information about what's actually going on and there are few ways to verify anything without SEC filings. It's very frustrating for everyone.

Les
