Why is that missing in all of the historical filings? Is it because OMHE doesn't actually own those assets? Where did the almost $1 mil in stock compensation disappear to?

Where is the 8k for the sale of Malecon's Pharmacy? How much did they get? What is the status of the alleged Functional Medicine Clinics?
