It's not the FDA that's delaying this thing! IMO! Thus, logic would suggest that the problem why BIEL hasn't gotten clearance at this point resides at 4539 Metropolitan Ct. Now, there might be a legitimate reason why BIEL is operating this way. I'm like most of you on this board, thus, I haven't faintest idea regarding what is going on behind BIEL's closed doors. But what I do know, for sure, BIEL does not inform it's shareholders at a standard which one would expect, IMHO.
