You could very well be telling people to sell at a huge loss, it is not inconceivable that some people here are down well over 50% -- so if they don't like it and they follow your advice... geeze whizz. I mean, yes, you may be saving them from further losses but at this point I think they are ready to see that go and here for the gamble.

I've seen plenty of boards where plenty of people call the CEO. It is a pink after all, and they really havent done anything they said they'd do and there really isn't any way of getting info out of them. Their PRs are meaningless, their website is down half the time and they don't file anything but RegDexes (thankfully there haven't been any more of those filed, but with 1.2 Billion OS they probably don't need to... I'm sure there is plenty more in th AS if they need to dump it out there)

AND, if he had ANY idea what he was doing as a CEO he would either not answer his phone or tell people that he can not comment or give that kind of info unless it is in a PR. He would also hire a consultant to help the company through waters unfamiliar to himself.

It is not the investors or the good people of this board who are the problem. It is all Desi.
